The Order Process

There is a certain amount of information we will need to process your order and get your newsletter service established quickly.

Place your order with us at our Order Desk. (click here)

Content: Do you have pictures or images (logo, etc.) that you want inserted into your newsletter or website?  How will you send them? (Email, postal mail, or other - we can scan your images and will return them to you.  Digital images are best and take the shortest time to process.)

Do you want to submit text for the left hand column or would you prefer to use our standard greeting?  To see our standard greeting, click here

When do you want to start?  Our newsletters are published from the 15th to the 14th of each month.  (For example, the June newsletter is delivered between May 15th and June 14th.) Plan on the first newsletter taking up to two weeks to develop from the time you order it.

If you are ordering a website, you can have up to five pages in the site.  The first is always your home page.  Others can be titled About Us, Contact Us, Products, Services, News, or any title you wish to use.  Just let us know!  All newsletter/website customer automatically receive a Newsletter Archive page in addition to the five pages.

You may send your information to us electronically via email (best choice), fax or snail mail.  We will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your info and give you a target date for delivery of your project.
